3rd aVenue is a 15,000 square foot Event Facility located one block south of Lower Broadway, across from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. It is multi-level with a Mezzanine and elevated stage area and separate Catering entrance. It accommodates up to 300 seated guests, 600 standing.
