Located in the heart of Clarksville, this historic residence is one of the last of its kind, having been built in the early 1940s by tobacco businessman Kendrick Rudolph. It features a variety of hardwoods throughout in arched doorways, crown molding, wainscoting, hand-carved cherry wood china cabinet, and floors. There is an exquisite wrought iron staircase leading to the second floor, as well as a sloped copper awning over the side porch.

Imagine a beautiful bride desceding our staircase to meet her groom. With our ultimate package, we take care of all the details starting with your ceremony, your reception and a suite for your use the night before or the night of your wedding. You get to select where your ceremony will be performed, whether in our formal living room or outside in the gazebo area, on the patio, under our mature maple trees, or perhaps on the front lawn with the stately Georgian columns in the background.

Packages

Our Ultimate Package includes use of the house and gardens for 4 hours, officiant, photographer, wedding bouquet and boutonniere, floral centerpiece, reception with hot main dish, vegetable tray, quiche tray, meat/cheese/grape tray, mixed nuts, sliced French bread, potato chips, wedding cake, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and your choice of either our king room with bath or our two-room queen suite , chocolate strawberries and sparkling cider in your suite, and a two-course breakfast. We will be happy to play special music provided by you, if desired.

Our Intimate Package is available for those who desire a very small, intimate wedding with up to 10 persons. We provide our home and garden for your exclusive use, an officiant, bridal bouquet and boutonniere, reception with wedding cake and punch, suite for one night with chocolate dipped strawberries, sparkling cider and a complete breakfast.

Do-It-Yourself Wedding. This option is available for couples who would like to take care of all details themselves and simply use our facility. You are responsible for all set-up and clean-up within a 4-hour period. You may provide your own alcohol.
